The core of our Service relies on the content you choose to upload. This consists of:
- Digital Images: Any photograph or image file you upload to our tools for the purpose of analysis.

b) Data We Derive from Your Uploads

When you submit an image to one of our tools, our system and its integrated AI models process that image to generate new data. This derived data includes AI-Generated Estimations such as estimated age, height, weight, BMI, and other metrics. This data is created transiently to fulfill your request.

c) Data We Collect Automatically (Usage Data)

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information as you navigate our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This helps us understand usage patterns and improve our Service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing Information

• Performance of a Contract: Processing your uploaded image is necessary to perform the service you have requested.
• Legitimate Interests: We process Usage Data for our legitimate interests, such as for security and service improvement.

The use of your information is strictly limited to the purposes for which it was collected, primarily to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, and for security and legal compliance.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Our data handling process is designed for maximum privacy:

When you upload an image, it is not stored on our servers. Instead, it is passed directly in-memory to the Google Gemini API for analysis. We do not save a copy on our systems at any point in this process.

Once the AI analysis is complete and the result is sent back to your browser, the original image and the derived results are permanently discarded from all systems. The entire transaction is stateless.

6. Disclosure and Transfer of Data

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We send the images you upload to Google's Gemini API for the sole purpose of performing the AI analysis. Google acts as a Data Processor on our behalf. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
• Compliance with Law & Protection of Rights: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ourselves or others.
• Business Transfers: Information may be transferred in the event of a merger or acquisition.

You have rights regarding your data, including the right to be informed and to control cookies. Because we do not store your personal images or create accounts, other rights like access or rectification of past data are not applicable as we do not hold that data.
