1. Agreement to Terms

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics) are owned by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload to the Site. However, by uploading an image, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit your image solely for the purpose of operating the Services and providing you with the requested AI-generated estimation. This license terminates automatically once the processing is complete and the result is delivered to you. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your images.

4. User Representations and Warranties

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are of legal age to form a binding contract; (2) you have the legal right and permission to upload any images you submit to the Services; (3) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Site.
• Use the Site to upload or transmit any material that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, obscene, or is otherwise objectionable.
• Upload any image for which you do not have the full right, power, and authority to upload and grant the license specified in Section 3.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
• Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or its content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on the use of the Google Gemini API. Your use of our Services is also subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policies. We do not own or control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.
